DADU, May 6: A large number of PPP workers staged a demonstration here on Saturday to protest against the demolition of Sikandar and Bilawal Jokhio villages in Karachi.
Led by former law minister Pir Mazharul Haq, they demanded registration of murder cases against police officials involved in the incident. PPP leaders said that it was an illegal act of the city government Karachi and police for demolishing houses of poor residents.—Correspondent
