KARACHI, May 5: Opener Fazal Subhan smashed a brilliant unbeaten century to power Pakistan Cricket Club into the final of KCCA Inter-club Cricket Championship with an impressive eight wicket victory over A. O. Blues at KCCA Stadium on Thursday.

Fazal finished with a superb 103 not out laced with nine boundaries and a six while Pakistan under-19 captain Sarfraz Ahmed hammered ten boundaries in his 73 as PCC achieved the target for loss of two wickets.

Fazal and Sarfraz put on 134 runs for unbroken third wicket partnership.

Earlier, A. O. Blues scored 246 runs for seven in 45 overs.

Opener Jawaid Gohar hit four boundaries and a couple of sixes in his 50 while Shabbir Ahmed scored 47 and Ejaz Ahmed 38.

Slow left arm spinner Noman Alvi grabbed three wickets for 44 runs.

Three-day final will be played between PCC and Korangi Friends.
