Businessman recovered

GUJRANWALA, April 12: Police on Wednesday arrested four accused, including two women, involved in kidnapping for ransom of an industrialist and recovered him from Wallgan Wala, Sheikhupura district.

Reports said Wahiduddin of Mian Sansi was kidnapped on April 5 when he was on his way to factory. The kidnappers demanded Rs6 million for his release while the deal settled for Rs2.2 million. On Wednesday, Wahiduddin, industrialist’s brother, paid ransom.

Meanwhile, the police arrested Qasid Ali and Ansar Iqbal and recovered Wahiduddin from a hideout on their guidance. —Correspondent
