Major reshuffle in railways

LAHORE, March 30: Four elders of the Pakistan Railways are among the 15 officers, who were given new assignments on Thursday. The four officers reshuffled are in BS-20, one in BS-19 and 10 in BS-18.

Chief Traffic Manager (Freight) Maqsood Ahmad Khan was made the chief operating superintendent in place of Asadullah.

COPS Asadullah would be the CTM (F) in place of Gulraiz Hashmi, who has been made chief commercial manager (HQ), a newly-created post.

Awaiting posting, Nasreen Haq was made the chief commercial manager (passenger).

The only BS-19 officer awaiting posting, Maqsoodun Nabi was made the PRACS Karachi regional manager.

Karachi Divisional Traffic Officer Mahmoodul Hasan (BS-18) will be the divisional traffic manager of Karachi Dryport. Awaiting posting, Agha Waseem will be the Karachi DTO.

Awaiting posting, Syed Hasan Tahir will be the Karachi divisional commercial officer.

Sukkur Divisional Personnel Officer Ali Chachar will be the Sukkur DCO.

Awaiting posting, Farooq Iqbal will be the Lahore Dryport Divisional Traffic Manager in place of Ghulam Dastagir who will be the Mughalpura Workshops DPO.

Mughalpura Workshops DPO Ramazan Shah will be the senior personnel officer III (HQ) in place of Altaf Husain who was made XEN (HQ).

M. Arif, who was the XEN (HQ), will now be XEN bridges at the railway headquarters.
