Court orders Asif’s property confiscated
RAWALPINDI, March 30: Judge Khalid Mehmood of the accountability Court-4, Rawalpindi, on Thursday ordered confiscation of moveable and immovable property of People’s Party Parliamentarians leader Asif Ali Zardari in the assets reference case.
The court declared Mr Zardari absconder in the case.
Mr Zardari has been charged with having assets beyond his known sources of income.
National Accountability Bureau prosecutors Arif Ali and Zafar Ali Chohan appeared for Nab while no defence lawyer appeared for Mr Zardari.—PPI
