Baseer made NAB prosecutor

By Our Staff Reporter

ISLAMABAD, March 29: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has appointed Abdul Baseer Qureshi Advocate as its senior prosecutor, a source told Dawn on Tuesday. The source said NAB had created a new post of senior prosecutor.

Mr Qureshi had served as deputy prosecutor with NAB, but resigned from the post two months ago.

“Now I have been re-employed as senior prosecutor to look after high profile cases of NAB all over the country,” he said.

He said he had already served the bureau for over four-and-a-half years.
