TOBA TEK SINGH, March 27: Gojra Government Degree College has no laboratory for MSc Zoology students who have to go to Lahore for practical examinations. This was stated on Monday by principal Zafrullah Kahloon at a function held at the college where ruling party MNA Chaudhry Amjad Warraich was the chief guest.

The principal added that at least five laboratories were needed for MSc students.

He said that although posts of 28 lecturers for MA classes had recently been sanctioned by the provincial government but funds for the construction of separate blocks for the purpose were still not released.

The MNA, speaking on the occasion, assured the principal that he would get chief minister’s approval for the purpose.

He also pledged to arrange purchase of a bus for the students.
