KARACHI, March 27: Ali A. Rahim and Syed Rehan Hasan Jafri have been elected as president and general secretary of the Income Tax Bar Association Karachi (ITBAK) for the year 2006, respectively.
The association in its annual general meeting held here on Monday also elected Haider Ali Patel as vice-president, Muhammad Aleem as joint secretary and Muhammad Zeeshan Merchant as librarian.
The managing committee members were: Abdul Aziz Tayabani, Anwar Kashif Mumtaz, Abid H Shaban, Arshad Siraj, Abdul Qadir Memon, Muhammad Zubair, Qadeer Ahmed and Roshan Zameer.
