MULTAN, March 26: Four people were killed and six injured in a collision between a car and a bus on Khanewal Road on Sunday. The bus was going to Lahore when it overturned, some 15 kilometres from Multan, when its driver reportedly tried to save a passerby near Sadiqabad Mill in Qadirpur Raan police station jurisdiction.

At the same time, a car coming from the opposite direction rammed into the just overturned bus.

Ghulam Shabbir, Allah Nawaz and Ramzan (car occupants) and Safdar Ali, the bus driver, died on the spot.

The injured were identified as Lateef, Aslam, Ghulam Abbas, Muhammad Shafi, Ghulam Mustafa and Ashiq Muhammad.

They were admitted to the Nishter Hospital.
