SANGHAR: Old enmity claims two lives

SANGHAR, March 25: Two people were killed over an old enmity near Yousuf Ji Mian on Saturday. Ali Gohar Hingoro and his two sons were fired upon by their rivals in Essa Lanjar village.

As a result, Ali Gohar died on the spot while his sons Saeen Bux and Dilsher were injured. Later, Ali Akbar was attacked and killed.

Complainant Ali Asghar, the brother of Ali Gohar, nominated Ali Hyder and Khan Mohammad.

The murder case of Ali Akbar was also registered. It may be mentioned that a brother of Ali Gohar was murdered in 1988.

STORM: A heavy dust storm hit the district on Saturday, causing a considerable loss to mango orchards. Farmers said wheat crop also sustained loss which is almost ready for harvesting.

Leaves of the vegetable crop were covered with dust.

BODY FOUND: The body of a 35-year-old man was found in an underground water tank of a service station on the Bakhoro Road here on Thursday.

The deceased was identified as Ashiq Ali Yousufzai, resident of Pir Saheb, Thalho.

The owner of the service station had informed police.
