Nadeem and Atif shine

KARACHI, March 24: Nadeem Shaikh produced a brilliant all-round show and spinner Atif Maqbool grabbed four wickets in their team’s victories in KCCA Inter-departmental cricket tournament on Thursday.

Nadeem grabbed three wickets for 34 runs with his medium pacers and hammered 82 with 13 boundaries in Central Police’s five wicket win over United Bank at UBL Sports Complex.

At Landhi Gymkhana Ground, Sui Southern Gas Company defeated Defence Housing Authority by three wickets. Atif Maqbool captured four wickets for 26 runs for the winner.
