Envoys from private sector must for trade

ISLAMABAD, March 24: The government should appoint ambassadors from the private sector for posting in various countries to increase its share in world trade. The demand was made by Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) President Abdul Rauf in a meeting with businessmen here on Friday.

According to a press release, the ICCI president said foreign ambassadors in Pakistan also served their business community to enhance their trade activities, besides promoting the products of their countries worldwide.
