RAHIM YAR KHAN, March 23: Subscribers of a cell phone company in the district have been facing a great deal of inconvenience owing to poor service for the last couple of months. Since the beginning of 2006, Mobilink customers can neither receive nor make calls without making several attempts.

The problem, they complain, persists throughout the day.

Some people also complained that even the pre-paid cards are not easy to load.

A company official, however, defended the situation by saying that the main centre located in Faisalabad was being shifted to Multan and the process was causing these problems.

The people have urged the PTA to take appropriate action against the company for the faulty service.
