ICB and Froebles qualify for final

ISLAMABAD, March 15: Islamabad College for Boys (ICB) and Froebles School reached final of Beaconhouse Inter-school tennis on Wednesday. In the first semifinal, ICB defeated Beaconhouse, Margalla Campus, 2-1, while Froebles dumped Khaldunia 2-0 in the second semifinal.

In the first singles, Saadanul Haq of ICG beat Zohair Waheed of Beaconhouse 4-1, 5-3, while Salman Shahid of Beaconhouse defeated Jibranul Haq of ICG 4-1, 4-2. In the deciding doubles match, ICB beat Beaconhouse 4-0, 2-4, 4-0. The final will be played under floodlights on Friday.—APP
