KARACHI, March 14: Four ships carrying containers and crude oil are expected to arrive at the outer anchorage on Wednesday, according to KPT sources. Berthing activity at the wharves was active where six ships, Dubulti and Eurydice, to offload oil, Global Prosperity, Song Yun He, PAC Antlia, to unload and load containers, Anglina The Great, with coal.

Sailing was also active as half a dozen ships departed including Kota Teraju, Thor Captain, Sagamore, Ever Guard, Troburg and Eastern Treasure, while Eurydice, PAC Antlia, Global Prosperity, Stolt Alliance and Regent Park are due to sail out on Wednesday.

Cargo handling activity at the wharves was maintained on the higher side where a total tonnage of 0.105m tons comprising 19,612 tons of export cargo and 85,251 tons of import tonnage was handled.

The following ships are due on Wednesday: Shalamar, with crude oil, Hyundai Highway, Y.M. Sun and Marc Alsria, with containers.
