QUETTA, March 13: Terrorists on Monday blew up two high-tension power transmission towers in the Bolan area while rockets were fired on Frontier Corps’ checkposts in Kohlu and Dera Bugti areas.

Officials said that the transmission towers were damaged in the Bibi Nani area on Monday.

Officials said there was no disruption in power supply.

According to another report, tribesmen fired six rockets on Kohlu, targeting FC checkposts there. One of the rockets exploded in an open area while the other hit a house in the outskirts of the Kohlu town, damaging its walls.

Sources said that heavy firing was reported between security forces and armed tribesmen in the Rakhni area .

Two rockets explosions were reported in Dera Bugti.

Meanwhile, security forces arrested four suspects from Dera Bugti and recovered illegal arms and ammunition.
