MIAMI, March 4: While the Doral Championship is shaping up as another head-to-head between holder Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson, neither player is prepared to look that far ahead.

Woods and Mickelson ended on Friday’s second round in a four-way tie for the lead at Doral’s Blue Monster Course, where just four strokes separate the top 13.

Woods, who overhauled Mickelson in a gripping final-round duel for last year’s title, accepts there is now much greater strength in depth on the tour.

Mickelson, who birdied two of the last three holes for a second-round 66, agrees this week’s event is wide open.
