LAHORE, March 4: District Nazim Mian Amer Mahmood has said City District Government Lahore will not spare those found flying kites with metal wire and chemical twine in violation of the Supreme Court directions. Talking to union councillors and nazims on Saturday, he said magisterial powers had been conferred on revenue officers to arrest violators. They would check shops and raid the places where kites were being flown with metal wire. — Reporter
