KARACHI, March 1: On the commission of the president of Yemen, Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz and President Pervez Musharraf have appointed Dr Mirza Ikhtiar Baig, former chairman of the Site Association, as honorary consul general of Yemen to Karachi, says a press release.
