KARACHI, Feb 27: The Sindh Professors and Lecturers’ Association (SPLA) Karachi region has decided to observe hunger strike on March 1 at the DJ Sindh Government Science College to register their protest against the publishing of sacrilegious caricatures in European newspapers.
A decision to this effect was taken here on Monday at a meeting of the executive committee of SPLA Karachi region presided over by Prof Athar Hussain Mirza held at Jamia Millia College, Karachi.—PPI
