Kamil hammers double century

KARACHI, Feb 23: Kamil Khan blasted an unbeaten doubled hundred and Shujat Ali smashed 150 not out as Karachi Lions crushed Quetta by massive margin of 238 runs in the Inter-city Seniors cricket championship at UBL Sports Complex Ground on Thursday.

They opening pair put on 354 runs for the unbroken partnership which is a record in at the seniors level.

Kamil Khan belted 14 sixes and 21 boundaries while Shujat’s innings was laced with eight 6s and fifteen boundaries. Hitting 14 sixes at the seniors level is also a unique record.
