According to reports, the administration received information that a fake cement manufacturing factory on the Madni Road was supplying crushed stone to the market after filling it in bags of known cement companies.

The team conducted raid and arrested owner Muhammad Sharif of Ladhewala Warraich. Several workers, however, escaped.

EXHIBITION: An exhibition of Made-in-Gujranwala products will be held at Gulshan Iqbal park on the GT Road on Friday (today) after issuance of the NOC.

But as the local religious leaders and other circles pledged support to the Gujranwala Chamber of Commerce and Industry in connection with the exhibition, District Nazim Fayyaz Chattha gave permission.
