SRINAGAR, Feb 22: National Conference president Omar Abdullah will visit Pakistan next month to discuss about the resolution of Kashmir dispute with Pakistani leaders.
“I shall present our autonomy proposals to President Pervez Musharraf during my likely meeting with him,” Mr Abdullah told reporters here.
“I would definitely like to have his views on (autonomy) now that there is talk of self-governance for both parts of Kashmir,” he said.
Abdullah, a former junior minister of external affairs, said he would leave for Pakistan on March 9.—Online
