Hyderabad clinch title

HYDERABAD, Feb 22: Hyderabad clinched PCB Inter-district women league title defeating Jamshoro by nine wickets on Wednesday. Jamshoro were bundled out at 40 in 19.3 overs.

Only skipper Nosheen Channa resisted and scored 17 runs while 16 extra runs were the second biggest score of the team.

Hina Khan claimed three wickets for six runs while Sabeen and Lubna shared two wickets each giving six and nine runs.

Hyderabad achieved the target in 9.5 overs losing one wicket. Sair Zakir 14 and Lubna Gulnaz 9 not out were the main rungetters.

Sabeen was declared the best batswoman, Samia and Noasheen Siddiqui were declared best batswomen, best bowler and best all-rounder.—APP
