KSE asks for comments

KARACHI, Feb 22: The Karachi Stock Exchange on Wednesday asked Pakistan Oilfields Limited (POL) to offer comments in respect of second oil and gas find in Tal block in the Frontier Province.

In a notice released here, the KSE stated: “We draw your attention to clause 37(xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance under the Listing Regulations of the KSE, which requires that every listed company shall immediately disseminate to the SECP and the stock exchange on which its shares are listed all material information relating to the business and other affairs of the listed company that will affect the market price of its shares”. The KSE solicited comments in respect of the above so that the same is disseminated to all concerned.
