KARACHI, Feb 21: Skipper Muhammad Masroor chipped in with a superb 71 as PWD marked a convincing 23-run victory over Deewan Farooq Motors (DFM) in KCCA Inter-departmental cricket league on Monday at KCCA Stadium.
