NWFP Technical Boards Games

PESHAWAR, Feb 18: The NWFP Board of Technical Education Annual Games would commence at different venues across the province from Feb 23, said Director Sports Muhammad Iqbal on Friday.

Iqbal, a former athlete, said the annual event which featured volleyball, basketball, table tennis, badminton, football, hockey, athletics and cricket, also involved polytechnics institutes and commerce colleges.

Competitions in volleyball, basketball, table tennis, and badminton would this year be held in Swat starting from Feb 23. Football, hockey and athletics will be conducted in Bannu on March 8-14 while cricket would be organized at Government Polytechnic Institute, Haripur.—APP
