KARACHI, Feb 17: The Sindh Chief Secretary, Fazalur Rahman, has asked the education secretary to adopt an innovative strategy for improving enrolment in primary schools to promote literacy rate in rural and backward areas, specifically and other parts of the province, generally. He was presiding over a review meeting in which the secretary of education briefed him about ongoing development schemes.—APP
