Daawa

LAHORE, Feb 15: The Jamaatud Daawa has alleged that Indian and other foreign agencies are involved in the recent rioting during the protest rally against blasphemy.

“The government should frame a strategy to check violence but the masses should not be barred from expressing their sentiments, otherwise the situation may worsen,” warned Daawa amir Prof Muhammad Saeed at a press conference here on Wednesday.

He demanded that Islamabad should cancel the upcoming visit of the US president as some American papers too had published the sacrilegious caricatures. The prime minister’s proposed visit to European countries should also be cancelled, he added.
