Women trials


ISLAMABAD, Feb 14: The first phase of trials for selecting an Islamabad team for the PCB Inter-district women’s cricket were attended by 60 players.

The trials were conducted by chief organiser of Islamabad Cricket Association’s women’s wing Farrukh Naz, coordinator Tallat Farooq and Abdul Rauf Mirza.

The second phase is scheduled for Thursday at 3.00pm at the Diamond Ground. A final squad is to be named after a series of trial matches.—Our Sports Reporter
