LAHORE, Feb 14: Three goals in the fourth chukker, supported by 1-1/2 goal handicap helped Colony Textile beat Diamond Paints 6 1/2-6 in the Punjab Polo Cup on Tuesday.

Three-goal Vishal Singh struck the lone goal of the first chukker as Colony Textile gained 2 1/2-0 lead. He scored a field goal.

Diamond Paints struck back hard scoring three goals in a row to forge ahead 3-2 1/2 in the second chukker.

Guillermo Cuitino banged home two while, three-goal Asif Tiwana one.

The losers further consolidated the lead 6-3 1/2 in the third chukker. Cuitino, Mir Shoaib Ahmad and Asif scored one goal each for them while Agha Murtaza Ali Khan struck for Colony Textile.

In the fourth chukker, Colony Textile changed their fortunes as Vishal found the target twice before Naveed M Sheikh chipped in with the match-winner.
