NWFP policemen to get more facilities: IGP


DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Feb 4: Police officials would be provided modern training and all required facilities, said Frontier Inspector General of Police Rifat Pasha. Addressing police officers here on Friday, he said, all the required facilities, including residential quarters, would be provided to police personnel.

He claimed that the Thana culture in police stations would be removed while the grievance of common man would be redressed on priority, he added. The provincial police chief lauded the role of ‘Musalihatee committees’ in solving problems of citizens with the help of police department.—APP
