KARACHI: Solidarity march


KARACHI, Feb 4: A large number of Islami Jamiat Talaba (IJT) activists on Saturday marched from Jehangir Park to Regal Chowk in Saddar area to express solidarity with Kashmiri people on the eve of the Kashmir Day being observed in the country on Sunday (Feb 5).

Students from various educational institutions, carrying banners and placards inscribed with slogans against India, deplored the occupation forces in held Kashmir and demanded right to self-determination to be granted to Kashmiri people.

They condemned India for unleashing a rein of terror in the occupied velley killing, injuring and detaining thousands of freedom fighters and other innocent people. As the marchers converged on Regal Chowk where IJT leaders addressed the protesters.—PPI
