Rural support programme


ISLAMABAD, Feb 1: The Aga Khan Rural Support Programme Pakistan, has won the first prize in the ‘Japanese Award for Most Innovative Development Project 2005’ in a competition sponsored by the Japanese government. A total of 700 applicants from 100 countries from all over the world participated in various categories of what is known as the biggest global development awards competition in the world, says a press release.
