KARACHI, Feb 1: The executive council of Karachi University Teachers Society at its meeting on Wednesday demanded KU administration to immediately hold selection boards for promotions of varsity teachers before June 30.
The meeting, presided over by KUTS President Sarwar Nasim, also demanded restoration of old admissions criteria for fresh admissions in MPhil/PhD, observing that new criteria could be adopted only after finalization of rules and approval of admission criteria by KU academic council.—PPI
