LAHORE, Jan 30: Master Paints won both matches of two chukkers each held on the first day of Sahir Low goal Polo Cup on Monday. In the first match, MP defeated PAF 4- 1 1/2. Sufi Muhammad Aamir scored three while Ali Riaz chipped in one.

PAF, who had half-goal handicap scored solitary goal through Manzoor.

Aamir struck three more goals as MP defeated Remington 3- 1 1/2. The losers had half-goal handicap and the lone goal came from Hussain Iftikhar.

PAF, however, defeated Remington 5-2. Tauheed scored two while Fahad, Manzoor and Waseem Sial added a goal each. Javed Khan and Faisal Khokhar struck a goal each for losers.

Four goals by Shayan Manzoor enabled Punjab Rangers to beat Technimen 8-3. Shahbaz Omar Khan (1), Abdul Rehman (1) were the other scorers for the winners, who had two-goal handicap.

For losers, Afzal Mahar (2) and Shahzad Aziz (1) were the other scorers.
