KARACHI: Cancellation of bail ordered

KARACHI, Jan 30: The Additional District and Session Court Karachi East Judge, Mrs Akhter A Chaudhry, on Monday passed order for cancellation of the bail and arrest of former MLO Karachi Civil Hospital Abdul Ghafoor Bhutto and others involved in fake kidnapping incident.

The court passed the order during the hearing of case against them and extended the bail to Mrs Abdul Ghafoor Bhutto in the same case.

The case No. 304/05 was registered with Sharea Faisal Police Station after investigation conducted by Inspector General of Police Sindh in light of judgement of Anti-Terrorism Court-3 Judge Arshad Noor Khan.

Abdul Ghafoor Bhutto, former president PML Youth Larkana and owner of Sapna hotel Mushtaq Jatoi, Dr Ejaz Bhutto, Huzoor Bux Bhutto and Ali Akbar were involved in the drama to extort Rs 150 million from Chaudhry Tanveer.
