Dow, AKU in final
KARACHI, Jan 26: Dow Medical University and Aga Khan University qualified for the final of Inter-medical Universities girls throwball tournament after winning their semifinals on Wednesday.
Dow Medical beat Institute of Business Management 15-7, 15-2.
Mehreen Adhi and Binish led their team to victory with fine performance. Shabika Raza fought well from losers.
In the other semifinal, AKH faced strong challenge in the second game before overcoming Institute of Business Administration 15-3, 15-13 and good display was shown by Sarah Aftab and Fatima Adhi.
The final of the tournament will be played on Friday.—APP
