KARACHI: Arbab stresses optimum use of natural resource


KARACHI, Jan 26: Sindh Chief Minister Dr Arbab Ghulam Rahim has said that Sindh is rich in natural resources and through optimum utilization of the same, it can make remarkable progress.

He was talking to a delegation of notables of Badin, led by Mushtaq Talpur, who called on him at the Chief Minister’s House on Thursday. The other members of the delegation were Naib Nazim of Badin Aziz Dero, Mohammad Hashim Dil, Mir Sher Jamali, Mushtaq Memon and Sain Bukhsh Jamali.

The chief minister told them that he was fully aware of the problems being faced by Sindh people, including those of Badin.

He said it was his mission to eradicate corruption from the province and ensure provision of basic facilities, like health care and education, to the whole population, as well as besides irrigation water to all growers.

Accepting the invitation to attend the death anniversary of Mir Ghulam Mohammad Talpur, to be observed at Tando Bago, the chief minister assured the delegation that he would oblige them.—APP
