KARACHI, Jan 26: Rich tributes were paid to Begum Raana Liaquat Ali Khan during a seminar here on Thursday. The speakers acknowledged her contribution towards the uplift of the poor and empowerment of women.The seminar was organized by Quaid-i-Millat Memorial Committee at Sir Syed Girls College to mark her birth anniversary, said a QMMC release. Khanum Gohar Aijaz, Mehfoozun Nabi, Khushbakht Shujaat, Zarina Patel and others spoke on the occasion.—APP
