KARACHI: Illegal structures razed

KARACHI, Jan 25: The demolition squad of Karachi Building Control Authority, on the directive of Chief Controller KBCA Mumtazur Rehman, razed many illegal structures in various areas of the city. The team demolished illegal construction on the second floor at Plot No 39, Block-3 of Bihar Muslim Cooperative Society.

Illegal constructions at Plot No C-50, Block 13D-1, Scheme 24, and columns in Ideal Arcade Plot Nos Fl-12, and Fl-7 Sector 15-C, Scheme 33, Gulshan-i-Iqbal Town were also demolished besides sealing its booking office. Similarly, an antenna BTS room was sealed at Plot No C-53, Block-2, Clifton.

All the above operations were carried out in the supervision of area controller, deputy controller, demolition officer of the KBCA and area police. —APP
