KARACHI: Rallies against solidarity criticized

By Our Staff Reporter

KARACHI, Jan 22: Pakistan Muslim League Youth Wing Chief Aleem Adil Sheikh has said that addressing reservations of people on all issues confronting the country is necessary, but all those parties which believe in federation should not become part of the rallies where anti-Pakistan slogans are being raised.

Addressing PML youth wing office-bearers at the public secretariat in Gulshan-i-Iqbal, Mr Shiekh said that difference of opinion augured well for a democratic order and rallies and public meetings were part of politics. Everyone had right to hold different opinion. But, only for the sake of opposition of the government, the participation of federalist leaders in rallies where slogans were being raised against Pakistan and its solidarity deserved condemnation.
