KARACHI: Forms, fees dates extended

Published January 19, 2006

KARACHI, Jan 18: The Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi, has extended the dates for submission of examination forms and fees for HSC parts I and II annual examinations 2006 for college students.

According to a BIE notification, forms of science and commerce (regular) and home economics groups will now be accepted without late fees till Jan 20 at colleges. The colleges will then prepare pay orders of the collected exam fees by Jan 30 and submit both the forms and fees at the BIE on Jan 30 or 31.

Students can also submit forms with late fees of Rs100, Rs300 or Rs1,000 at respective colleges till Feb 7, Feb 18 and Feb 25 respectively.

The dates were extended in view of the fact that a number of students could not submit the forms in time due to winter vacation and Eidul Azha holidays in colleges, said a BIE press release.
