KARACHI, Jan 17: The Quick Reaction Force (QRF) of Bhitai Rangers raided a house in Gulistan-i-Jauhar in early hours of Tuesday morning and arrested three suspected bandits after a brief encounter.

The Rangers received information about the presence of three armed men in house 32-A, Block 12 of Gulstan-i-Jauhar.

The QRF immediately surrounded the house. An armed encounter ensued and Iqbal, Harris and Rizwan were arrested.

They were subsequently handed over to the Sharea Faisal police. Three TT pistols were seized from their possession, said a handout. — PPI
