SHEIKHUPURA, Jan 14: A BSc student was tortured to death by two motorcyclists on Sargodha Road near Jhamky, on Saturday. Police said Khalil Ahmad’s motorcycle collided with another two-wheeler ridden by two men. Holding Khalil responsible for ‘irresponsible’ driving, the two men beat him with clubs. Khalil sustained critical injuries and died on way to hospital.
ROBBERY: Asghar of Manawala sustained severe injuries when four dacoits opened fire on him. The bandits collected cash and valuables and escaped. In another strike in Stadium Park, Sheikhupura, two dacoits snatched cash, mobile phone and other valuables from Adeel Shahzad.
