KARACHI, Jan 9: Following the directives of Sindh Home Minister Rauf Siddiqui, the police, Rangers and other concerned authorities have set up control rooms to monitor the situation and to take swift action against any untoward incident during the Eidul Azha holidays in the province.

People have been advised to contact immediately in case of any untoward incident at the following phone numbers:

Home Minister Office: 9204920, 9204921 and Res: 9246379.

Director-General, Rangers, Sindh Maj-Gen Javed Zia: 9214920 and 9213420.

Home Secretary Brig Ghulam Mohammad Mohtaram: 9213410 and 9213420.

IG Police Jehangir Mirza: 9212626, 9212627; CCPO Niaz Ahmed Siddiqui: 9212652, 9212653; DIG Operation Mushtaque Shah: 9205670, 9205671; RPO Hyderabad Bachal Sangri: 9200537, 9200538; RPO Sukkur Akbar Arain: 9310555, 9310666.

Citizens could contact the above officials at phone numbers of their offices from 6am to 8pm on Jan 11, from 6am to 12 noon on Jan 12 and 13.—PPI
