PR operation against land mafia launched
ISLAMABAD, Jan 8: Federal Minister for Railways Shamim Haider said the Pakistan Railways had launched an operation against land mafia to end illegal occupation of railway property. Talking to Online here on Sunday, he said the government had got back the railway land from the mafia in Gujranwala and Karachi, adding that the operation would be extended to other parts of the country.
The minister said the government was committed to eliminating encroachments on railway property.—Online
