Peshawar to meet Bannu in final
PESHAWAR, Jan 4: Peshawar will meet Bannu on Thursday in the final for the under-17 Inter-region hockey title, after securing victories on Wednesday.
Peshawar blanked Kohat 4-0 in the first semifinal while Bannu defeated Mardan 3-1 in the second.
Rahim Khan, Zahid, Nouman and Arif were the scorers.
For Bannu Arif, Sohail and Bilal were the goal getters while Fawad Khan scored the consolation goal for the losers.—APP
