PESHAWAR, Jan 2: The Directorate of Information, Govt of NWFP, has displayed advertisement arrears against government departments and local government institutions on the NWFP official web portal www.nwfp.gov.pk

All government departments and local government institutions have been requested to visit the web portal and arrange payment of advertisement arrears to the Information Directorate, NWFP, for onward payment to the newspapers concerned.

In case of non-availability of funds under the relevant head, the departments/offices should approach the Finance Department for allocation of funds.

It is further said that newspapers have been approaching senior officials of the province time and again in this respect.
