HYDERABAD, Dec 30: Employees of the University of Sindh ended their protest on Friday on assurance that their demands will be considered sympathetically by the university.

Registrar of the Sindh University, Dr Saeed Soomro, constituted two committees to review the issues raised by the employees.

The employees had demanded regularization of contractual employees, hospitalization charges to BPS 1-16 employees, jobs to university employees’ childern and promotion of low grade employees.
